How Guest Data Is Used
Guest data collected through Wardrobe Manager is controlled entirely by your venue. We act solely as a service provider and process guest information only on behalf of the venue and according to their instructions.
Venues decide what guest data they collect, how they use it, and for what purpose - whether it’s managing check-ins, sending notifications, handling lost items, or generating insights. We do not access guest data unless necessary to provide technical support, maintain the platform, or meet legal requirements.
Guest data is never sold, shared, or used for our own purposes. The venue remains the data controller, and we ensure the information is stored securely and processed in accordance with GDPR.
Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect all information within Wardrobe Manager.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, ensuring that sensitive information cannot be intercepted or accessed without authorization.
Access is strictly controlled through secure authentication methods and role-based permissions. Each user receives only the access they need, and all activity is logged and monitored.
Staying Current with Policy Updates
As technology evolves, so do our practices. Wardrobe Manager will update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in regulations or platform features. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
