Does our guests need to download an app?

No, your guests don’t need to download an app or share personal information like an email or phone number. They simply scan your venue’s QR code on their first visit, and their ticket is saved directly to their wallet. This makes the entire process fast, smooth, and free of unnecessary delays.

What does our venue need?

Your venue doesn’t need any new hardware or special equipment. All you need is a device for staff scanning (for example, an iPhone) and a clear visual indicator on each hanger. There are no specific requirements for numbering—your staff just needs to be able to see it. Many venues simply reuse their existing paper tags as hanger indicators, keeping setup completely free.

Is it secure?

Yes. Each guest’s ticket is stored directly in their mobile wallet alongside their payment cards, protected by the device’s built-in security. For added protection, the QR code updates regularly, making screenshots or reused codes invalid.

What data can our venue see?

You can view all guests who have visited your venue, along with the information they choose to share - such as name, birthday, gender, email, and phone number.

You also gain access to valuable behavioural insights, including total check-ins, click-through and conversion rates, time between visits, and more.

Furthermore you can even analyse data for individual events to see how well they performed and determine whether they were successful. Together, this gives your venue a complete overview of guest activity and engagement over time.
