Automatically open your Instagram profile or content page when the user taps the ticket, creating a smooth, trackable entry point into your brand’s social presence.
Step 1: Create Your Instagram Trigger
Start by creating a new trigger inside the Wardrobe Manager automation dashboard. Choose AppLaunch URL as the action. This defines what happens when your guest taps their digital ticket inside Apple Wallet.
Step 2: Select Instagram as the Launch Destination
From the list of integrations, select Instagram. Instagram supports Universal Links that open directly inside the Instagram app when installed, making it ideal for directing guests to your venue’s social profile or featured content.
Step 3: Choose What You Want to Open
Enter the Instagram link you want to use. This can be your Instagram profile, a specific post, a reel, or a hashtag page. When the guest taps their ticket, Instagram will open directly to the page you’ve selected, helping you increase visibility and guide engagement.

Step 4: Save and Activate the Trigger
Once your link is set, save your configuration and activate the trigger. Any new ticket using this workflow will immediately support tap-to-Instagram behaviour.

When guests tap their ticket, Instagram opens instantly to your profile or selected content. This creates a frictionless path to follow your venue, view promotions, engage with content, or discover upcoming events - all while offering a consistent, trackable interaction for venues that rely on social channels for marketing.
