Gmail

Automatically open a prefilled email when the user taps the ticket, making it easy to track engagement and conversions.

Step 1: Create Your Email Trigger

Begin by setting up a new trigger inside the Wardrobe Manager automation dashboard. Choose AppLaunch URL as the action type. This determines what happens when your guest taps their ticket inside Apple Wallet.

Step 2: Select Gmail as the Launch App

From the available integrations, select Gmail. This enables your ticket to open the Gmail app using a Universal Link—fully supported by iOS and ideal for businesses already accustomed to email-based marketing or guest communication.

Step 3: Prefill the Email Details

Enter the recipient email address, subject line, and message body you want preloaded. This could be a support address, a feedback form, a booking confirmation request, or any email workflow your venue already relies on. When the ticket is tapped, the Gmail app will open with the email ready to send, removing friction and boosting completion rates.

Step 4: Save and Activate the Trigger

Once you’re satisfied with the content, save your configuration and activate the trigger. Every new ticket issued using this trigger will now launch Gmail automatically with your predefined email template when tapped.

Result: Seamless Guest Engagement

When guests tap their ticket, Gmail instantly opens with the message prefilled - making it incredibly simple for them to respond, confirm, or engage. For venues that rely heavily on email marketing or direct email communication, this creates a smooth and measurable conversion path with near-zero friction.
